Blaine Pardoe is an award-winning New York Times Bestselling author of true crime, science fiction, business management and military history books. He has authored five true crime books, three of which he wrote his daughter – Victoria Hester. Their latest book, A Special Kind of Evil, deals with the Colonial Parkway Murders. He and his daughter tend to focus on cold cases from the 1960’s through the 1980’s.
