Paul Holes
Cold Case Investigator Paul Holes has an extensive experience spanning 27 years applying investigative, behavioral, and forensic expertise in notable cases such as Zodiac, Golden State Killer, Laci Peterson, and Jaycee Dugard. With his broad experience and expertise, Holes is freqwuently sought out by Bay Area investigators to consult on the most complex and high profile cases and has played a part in putting several serial predators on Death Row, such as Darryl Kemp, Joseph Naso, and Joseph Cordova Jr.
Holes has gained nationwide notoriety with his ongoing, 23-year pursuit of the Golden State Killer, the most devastating serial killer in California history. His efforts on this series directly led to the linkage of the East Area Rapist series in Northern California to the Original Nightstalker cases in Southern California, necessitating the moniker change to "Golden State Killer." Holes openly collaborated with author Michelle McNamara who was writing a book on the Golden State Killer before her untimely death last year.
